Here is a lovely little chest of drawers that I just couldn't resist making pink! This is a vintage, solid wood dresser with very interesting woodwork: I can't say I've ever come across a dresser that looks like this one before. I decided that I'd opt to paint this piece out of the fear that I'd be removing leaded-paint if I took it down to its bare wood. So it was chalk-painted a very pretty shade of pink with some stencil-work in cream which surrounds each of the glass knobs. The interior of the drawers are painted a pale grey and the whole piece is sealed for protection.

After: pretty in pink!
